We want you to love your Poppy Lissiman pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or refunds on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with all protective packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original dust bags and branded boxes to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label (where applicable) and drop your package off at any authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
